Stand up for Democracy: Be Citizen One.

The fight for America’s democracy starts now. With you. A primer, to take action.

Like you, I’m just an ordinary American.

Like you, I’ve watched billionaires, foreign, and domestic, pushing racists, the ignorant, and fools, into giving away, or taking away their foundational democratic right to:

• vote;

• keep their good health;

• exist.

These billionaires are turning our country into a lawless empire. Never, in history, has a convicted criminal been sworn in, as President of the United States of America.

They own the courts. They own federal, and state politicians. They’re moving on higher education, to silence future generations.

It is time:

• for ordinary people to stand up to the oligarchic kleptocracy about to take over the government of the United States of America.

• to wake up friends, neighbors and family. Do they love democracy? Or Trump?

• to keep our communities safe from the ravages of the rich getting richer by making you poorer, sicker, and taking your voice/vote from you.

Until they declare martial law, and take away your ability to vote, YOU are the most fearsome, vital political force in the world. Your vote matters. Your voice still matters, even when they try to repress it.

They fear you. They fear rebellion, as happened to them back in the Great Depression. We have lived in the progressive light of the New Deal, taking it for granted. We have watched, as our rights are repressed, day-by-day.

They turned our flag Black and Blue.

It’s time to return to E Pluribus Unum (Out of Many, One PEOPLE).

Our flag is RED, WHITE, and BLUE for a reason. It embodies strength through UNITY.

IT’S NOT THAT BAD. (IS IT?)
